4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. True North Peptides accepts payment exclusively via Interac e-Transfer. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email containing our e-Transfer recipient details. Please use your order number as the e-Transfer reference message. Payment must be received within 48 hours of order placement or the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
Free shipping is available on orders over CA$350. Orders below CA$350 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of CA$25. Shipping rates are subject to change.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation during business days. We ship within Canada only. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed — True North Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, courier services, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no external branding identifying the contents. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. True North Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
6. Restricted Products and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for determining whether the products you purchase are legal to possess and use in your jurisdiction. Laws regarding research compounds vary by province and territory. True North Peptides makes no representation that its products are legal for purchase or possession in all jurisdictions.
